Founded in New York by immigrants from Zasliai (Shosli, Zasla, Zasle, Zhosla, Zosli), in the Russian Empire. Incorporated in 1902. Alternately known as the Zosler Unterstutzung Verein. Served as a social organization. Aimed at helping Americanize members. Provided assistance to members in times of need. Functioned as a burial society. Society used the Mt. Hebron, Acacia, and New Montefiore cemeteries in Queens and Long Island, NY.
