Organized in New York in 1925 by immigrants from Kupel, Ukraine. Supported institutions in the home town. Sponsored free loans for members. Provided voluntary aid and assistance to the members in cases of illness or distress. Promoted the intellectual, moral, and religious ideals of the members by means of lectures and discussions. Society used the Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, New York.
