Founded in New York in 1917 to bring relief to *landslayt* in Wolkowysk (Volkovysk) Byelorussia. Met in the Wolkowysker Synagogue at 28 Pike Street, New York. Sent delegates to hometown with relief funds in 1920, 1921. Dissolved 1923.
