Brief Description: Correspondence with family members and literary figures such as Shalom Asch, Abraham Asen, David Bergelson, Shlomo Bickel, Joseph Buloff, Aaron Glanz-Leieles, Jacob Glatstein, Chaim Grade, David Ignatoff, Ephim Jeshurin, Rachel Korn, Leibush Lehrer, H. Leivick, Ida Maze, Joseph Opatoshu, I.J. Schwartz, Isaac Bashevis Singer, Moshe Starkman, Abraham Sutzkever, Malka Heifeitz Tussman, Max Weinreich, Berish Weinstein, Aaron Zeitlin. Manuscripts and clippings of poems, novels, plays, short stories, reviews, translations, and articles on a variety of political, historical and social topics. Included is a series of articles on famous women, written under the pen name Rifka Silberg.  The women include:  Amalia Freud, Queen Esther, Esther Rachel Kaminska, Baroness Clara de Hirsch, Bruriah (wife of Rav Meir), Golda Meir, Gluckel of Hameln, Greta Garbo, George Eliot, Henrietta Szold, and the mother of the Vilna Gaon. Personal documents, including legal documents, such as contracts, identification cards.  Financial records.  Family photographs.   Papers of Simcha Lev (1896-1974), historian and Yiddish writer, husband of Kadia Molodowsky. The papers are comprised of notes on various topics in Jewish history.
