Wrote articles for *Razsviet* (St. Petersburg), *Russkoye Slovo* (St. Petersburg), *Yidishe tsaytung* (Buenos Aires), *Der shpigl* (Buenos Aires), *Zukunft*, *Morgn zhurnal*, *Der tog*, *Der amerikaner* (N.Y.). On the editorial board of *Antologie fun der yidisher literatur in argentine* (Anthology of Yiddish Literature in Argentina). Founder of the South American branches of ORT and OSE. On the executive board of the Federation of Russian Jews in New York. Born in Romny, District of Poltava, Ukraine. During World War I lived in Copenhagen, Denmark. Lived in Berlin for a few years. In 1933 immigrated to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Settled in the U.S. in 1949.
