Brief Description: Papers consist of manuscripts of Charney's sermons, blessings, and speeches as well as of his notes and manuscripts of some of his books. This material is almost entirely in Hebrew and Yiddish, with some articles on non-religious subjects in English. There are also manuscripts of his mother's (Braina Chaya Rumianek) Yiddish speeches on religious subjects, photographs, family letters and lists of supporters of the congregation's Talmud Torah. There are letters from Abraham Regelson and American rabbis, including Eliezer Silver and Joseph Soloveichik. There are also letters from the following non-American rabbis: A.
