Brief Description: This collection is of mixed provenance and was gathered by Jacob A. Arlow who was a member of the Boys' Congregation of Talmud Torah Tifereth Israel (also known as Glory of Israel Hebrew Institute).                                   Materials include: issues of *Spark*, the congregation publication containing primarily the work of students, 1927-32; a commemorative edition of *Spark* celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Boys Congregation; correspondence; receipt for the purchase of a Torah scroll; a small printed Torah scroll presented to a student; photo of Louis Meisler, Boys Congregation founder and first director; correspondence; menu and announcement for the 25th anniversary banquet; and invitation and programs for the 75th anniversary reunion.
