Rabbi, historian and genealogist.  Studied in the yeshiva of Galanta, Slovakia and received ordination from the Pressburg (Bratislava) Yeshiva in 1918.  Studied at the universities of Bratislava and Prague, receiving his Ph. D. in 1925. Immigrated to the U.S. in 1926.  Served as rabbi of the Hungarian Congregation Beit Hamedrash Hagadol Anshe Ungarn, and as kashrut supervisor for Horowitz-Margareten and other companies.
