Brief Description: The collection contains materials dating from Lucjan Blit's release from the Soviet camps and relate mostly to his years in London. Correspondence, including letters from soldiers in the Polish Army and from leaders of the short-lived Bund in Communist Poland after World War I. Reports and memoranda issued by the Polish Government in Exile. Secret documents from the Jewish underground in Poland. Reports to Bund representatives in New York about various political matters, including activities designed to revive the Socialist International and the Socialist Youth International after the war. Unpublished typescript entitled "My Soviet Prisons and Camps."
